FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about compliance, pricing and migration.

Is Saudia Incorp compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 (the integration phase)?+
Yes. Each POS device is onboarded with ZATCA's Fatoora portal using a CSID. Invoices are signed, carry the required QR code and UUID, and are cleared (B2B) or reported (B2C) automatically. You can see the status of every invoice in the ZATCA screen.
How is 15% VAT handled?+
VAT is calculated on every line, shown on the receipt as required, and summarised in a return that matches the ZATCA portal boxes. Zero-rated and exempt items are supported.
Does it work in Arabic?+
Fully. Staff screens, receipts, reports, customer messages and this website are available in Arabic and English, and you can switch per user.
What hardware do I need?+
Any Windows PC, Android tablet, iPad or an all-in-one terminal such as Sunmi or iMin, plus a thermal receipt printer. We can supply tested bundles including barcode scanners, scales and cash drawers.
Can I migrate from my current system?+
Yes. We import products, customers, suppliers and opening balances from Excel or from most common POS exports, and we run both systems in parallel during your first days if you want.
What happens if the internet goes down?+
The POS keeps selling in offline mode. Invoices are queued and signed, then reported to ZATCA within the allowed 24-hour window once you're back online.
How much does it cost?+
Plans start from SAR 149 per branch per month for a single POS. See the pricing section or ask for a quote that includes hardware.
Where is my data stored?+
On servers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, backed up daily. You can export your full data at any time.
