How it works

Daily operating procedure

  1. 1

    Connect your sales

POS sales, purchases and supplier bills post automatically to the double-entry ledger; no daily re-entry.

  2. 2

    Record expenses

Staff snap a photo of each receipt; a manager approves it and the expense posts to the right account.

  3. 3

    Reconcile the bank

Import the statement from Al Rajhi, SNB, Riyad Bank or another bank and match it to the ledger.

  4. 4

    Review the month

Run the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow in Arabic or English, per company or consolidated across several CRs.

  5. 5

    File the VAT return

Generate the box-by-box VAT return from the posted entries, check it, and file it on the ZATCA portal.

  6. 6

    Give your accountant access

Invite your external accountant with a role that limits what they can change; every edit is in the audit trail.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about compliance, pricing and migration.

Which accounting software is best for a business in Saudi Arabia?+
Choose on fit, not slogans. It must issue ZATCA-compliant e-invoices, produce the VAT return from your actual entries, work fully in Arabic, connect to your POS and bank, and give your accountant their own login. Test those five things with your own data before you commit.
Is it easy to use if I'm not an accountant?+
Yes. Owners see sales, expenses and profit on one dashboard, while the journal entries are created automatically in the background for the accountant to review.
Is it suitable for my external accountant?+
Yes — give them a login; every entry is traceable to its source document.
Does it replace my POS?+
It works standalone or as the ledger behind our POS and ERP editions.
Is Saudia Incorp compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 (the integration phase)?+
Yes. Each POS device is onboarded with ZATCA's Fatoora portal using a CSID. Invoices are signed, carry the required QR code and UUID, and are cleared (B2B) or reported (B2C) automatically. You can see the status of every invoice in the ZATCA screen.
How is 15% VAT handled?+
VAT is calculated on every line, shown on the receipt as required, and summarised in a return that matches the ZATCA portal boxes. Zero-rated and exempt items are supported.
