How it works

Daily operating procedure

  1. 1

    Set up the menu

    Build the menu with categories, modifiers (extra cheese, no onions) and combos, with each dish linked to its recipe ingredients.

  2. 2

    Take the order

    Waiters seat guests on the floor plan and take orders on a tablet; counter staff ring up takeaway; HungerStation, Jahez, ToYou and Keeta orders drop into the same queue.

  3. 3

    Fire to the kitchen

    Each item goes to its station's kitchen display with a prep timer. The pass marks it ready and the waiter is notified.

  4. 4

    Settle the bill

    Split or merge bills, add a tip, and take cash, mada or Apple Pay. A simplified tax invoice with the ZATCA QR code prints or is sent to the guest.

  5. 5

    Deduct ingredients

    Every dish sold deducts its ingredients from stock, so food cost and low-stock alerts stay current without a manual count.

    Close the day

    Count the cash, review sales by channel and the food-cost report, and send the Z-report to the owner.

Does it work when the internet drops?+
Yes. Tills keep selling offline and sync when the connection returns.
Can I run several branches?+
Yes — one menu, branch-level pricing and consolidated reports.
Is Saudia Incorp compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 (the integration phase)?+
Yes. Each POS device is onboarded with ZATCA's Fatoora portal using a CSID. Invoices are signed, carry the required QR code and UUID, and are cleared (B2B) or reported (B2C) automatically. You can see the status of every invoice in the ZATCA screen.
How is 15% VAT handled?+
VAT is calculated on every line, shown on the receipt as required, and summarised in a return that matches the ZATCA portal boxes. Zero-rated and exempt items are supported.
