These terms govern use of saudiaincorp.com and the Saudia Incorp software and services. By using them you agree to these terms.
Service
We provide cloud software on a subscription basis as described on the pricing page and in your order. Plans are billed in Saudi Riyals, exclusive of 15% VAT, per branch per month or year.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and ensure the business details configured in the software (including VAT registration) are accurate. You are responsible for filing your own tax returns; our software prepares the figures.
Compliance
We maintain compatibility with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements. Where a regulatory change requires action on your side (for example, re-onboarding a device), we will notify you with reasonable notice.
Data & termination
Your data belongs to you. On termination you may export it; we delete production copies 90 days after the end of service unless law requires longer retention.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Riyadh.
