Daily operating procedure

    Add a style once

    Create the style with its price, then pick sizes and colours. Every size/colour SKU is generated with its own barcode.

    Print hang-tags

    Print barcode hang-tags or stickers showing price, size and colour, ready for the rail.

    Sell and reward

    Scan the tag at the till, attach the customer's mobile number to add loyalty points, and accept cash, mada, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara.

    Handle exchanges

    Find the original invoice, return the item and issue a ZATCA credit note, then sell the replacement size in the same transaction.

    Keep online and shop in step

    Every sale updates stock, and the new quantities are pushed to your Salla, Zid or Shopify store so you don't oversell online.

Yes, any Zebra/TSC label printer works and templates are editable.
Does it integrate with Salla?+
Yes — orders and stock sync both ways with Salla and Zid.
Is Saudia Incorp compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 (the integration phase)?+
Yes. Each POS device is onboarded with ZATCA's Fatoora portal using a CSID. Invoices are signed, carry the required QR code and UUID, and are cleared (B2B) or reported (B2C) automatically. You can see the status of every invoice in the ZATCA screen.
How is 15% VAT handled?+
VAT is calculated on every line, shown on the receipt as required, and summarised in a return that matches the ZATCA portal boxes. Zero-rated and exempt items are supported.
