Daily operating procedure

    Book the job

    Enter the customer's order with pickup, drop-off points, cargo and the agreed rate.

    Plan and dispatch

    Pick an available vehicle and driver; the system flags any vehicle with an expired document or service due.

    Driver accepts

    The driver accepts the trip in the app, loads, and the trip status changes to on route.

    Track the trip

    Dispatch sees the live status and ETA, and the customer follows the tracking link.

    Prove delivery

    At each drop the driver captures a photo and the receiver's signature in the app.

    Invoice and review

    Completed trips become invoices with ZATCA e-invoicing, and fuel and maintenance costs show the profit per trip.

Does it work with our existing GPS trackers?+
The driver app shares location during trips. Connecting existing GPS tracking devices depends on the device provider's API, so we check compatibility during the demo.
Can customers track their shipment?+
Yes. Each trip has a tracking link you can send by SMS or WhatsApp, showing status and the driver's ETA.
Is Saudia Incorp compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 (the integration phase)?+
Yes. Each POS device is onboarded with ZATCA's Fatoora portal using a CSID. Invoices are signed, carry the required QR code and UUID, and are cleared (B2B) or reported (B2C) automatically. You can see the status of every invoice in the ZATCA screen.
How is 15% VAT handled?+
VAT is calculated on every line, shown on the receipt as required, and summarised in a return that matches the ZATCA portal boxes. Zero-rated and exempt items are supported.
