What we collect
- Enquiry details you send through our forms, WhatsApp or email: name, phone, email, business name and message.
- Usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected without cookies that track you across sites.
- Customer data processed in our software on your behalf (products, invoices, customers). You remain the controller of that data.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver and support the service, meet legal obligations (including ZATCA e-invoicing and VAT), and improve our products. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored
Production data is hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Backups are encrypted and retained for the period required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) by emailing us. Customers can export their full data at any time.
